Applications and instructions for the 2016 OPPA/COA Bursary are available on this site under member services. You will find two documents: OPPA Bursary Policy Information, and New OPPA COA Bursary Application which will guide you through the application process. Please note that the application deadline is AUGUST 15, 2016.
This year the OPPA moved to an on-line bursary application-however COA members currently do not have access to this format. COA members are required to submit hard copies of the application and required back up documentation.
