The top priority of the COA and OPPA is the health and safety of our members. As part of that commitment, we partnered with Dalton Associates to launch the Encompas Mental Health Wellness Program in March 2020. This program has assisted many members and their families since its inception and this support includes the use of trauma recovery programs.
On May 11, 2021 the OPPA Board of Directors learned of serious allegations about Project Trauma Support, which is one of several service providers within the Encompas Mental Health Wellness Program. Accordingly and to ensure the continued health and safety of our members and their ability to access services, the Board of Directors has directed Dalton Associates to immediately remove this service provider from their referral list for our members.
The Encompas program continues to serve as a vital support to our members and we have full confidence in their ability to bring the best possible support and care to our members. The OPPA is working closely with Dalton Associates to ensure that our members have uninterrupted access to trauma support programs with residential treatment options.
Members who would like to explore support for mental health challenges, or review alternate options for residential treatment, are encouraged to reach out to the Encompas Mental Health Wellness Program at [email protected], or 1-866-794-9117.
