COA Members,
We are looking forward to our upcoming social evening on Thursday, December 7th and the AGM on Friday, December 8th at the Best Western Plus Mariposa Inn & Conference Centre.
Some AGM information….
Year in review presentations will be made by the President and Treasurer and a number of new items will be brought forward for discussion.
Please review the attached reports. The 1st VP, 2nd VP, and Secretary Reports will be part of the consent agenda to help facilitate a more efficient meeting. There will be an opportunity to ask questions regarding each of these reports (they will not be presented verbally.
Elections:
During the AGM, elections will be held for the following Executive and Board of Director positions (term in brackets):
- 1st Vice-President (2-year term)
- Treasurer (2-year term)
- North East Region Director (2-year term)
- East Region Director (2-year term)
- West Region (2-year term)
- Traffic Safety and Operational Support (2-year term)
- Corporate Services and Officer of the Commissioner (2-year term)
- Special Services Director (1-year term)
Please forward any nominations to Anne Goodwin prior to the meeting date. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor the day of the meeting.
