Attached, please find the information in relation to the salary adjustments and retroactive payment schedule for COA members.
Given the multiple salary adjustments, compounded with PRI calculations, as well as the impact of members acting in higher ranks, the application of the arbitrated ruling has been challenging for TBS and OSS to say the least.
That said, I encourage all COA members to view their electronic pay stubs on MyOPS for each of the five pay dates going forward starting December 1st, 2016 to ensure there are no concerns with the calculated adjustments. Be mindful that in addition to the salary adjustments, the December 1st, 2016 pay should also reflect the General Allowance ($2000). As a reminder to some of our new members, while viewing your respective pay stubs take a moment to ensure that your dues are being directed to the COA rather than the OPPA.
