The Ministry of the Solicitor General, Ontario Provincial Police, and the Career Development
Bureau are seeking a qualified individuals to join our Unit. In this exciting, rewarding and
challenging opportunity, you will conduct pre-employment background investigations on
potential candidates for the position of Constable, Special Constable, Auxiliary Officer, Cadet
and on police officers applying for the Experienced Police Officer Program.
This is an expression of interest (EOI). The purpose of this EOI is to fill current vacancies and
to create a pool of eligible applicants. CDB is looking for uniform members who are currently
retired or about to retire. Only business related expenses will be provided. There are no
provisions for relocation, accommodation or travel (including meals or vehicles) for this
position. Exact dates are to be determined.
