I suspect that all of you have heard the news of the tragic death of Provincial Constable Hovingh, a 28-year member of the OPP, who was responding to a well-being check on Manitoulin Island. The COA has offered our sympathies and assistance to the organization and OPPA and will reach out to the family in the near future.
