The attached memo was received in response to our inquiry about Detachment Commanders (in particular) and members of the COA in general being subject of the Duration Posting list established for the OPPA.
Please note that this does not affect the eligibility of the COA members to Northern Duration “bonus” which is a memo attached to the Letter of Understanding as an addendum to the working conditions agreement.
