Further to the message “Salary Increase Confirmed for COA Members”, attached you will find the new Salary Grid showing annual wages for the ranks of Inspector, Superintendent and Chief Superintendent with explanatory notes.
The new salary grid will be permanently filed on the Member Services page in the Wages and Benefits section for future reference.
Members should be aware of the following:
Further to the announcements the 2014 salary adjustments please be advised that:
• OPP employees can access in their “Self Service Job Data” screens, the new rate of pay
• The increase will have no effect on the Jan 02, 2014 paycheque, as it covered the period Dec 09, to Dec 22.
• The increase will have a small effect on the Jan 16, 2014 paycheque, as it covers the period Dec 23 to Jan 05, which amounts to only 3 days of the new rate, Jan 01, 02 and 03.
• The increase will take full effect on the Jan 30, 2014 pay, as it will be the first pay that encompasses a full pay at the new rate.
